How secure is our data?
Every business gets its own installation with its own database, on servers in Germany, with automatic backups and roles and permissions. If you prefer, PM Easy runs on your own server.
Does the app really work offline?
Offline mode is in development (part of the next release): checklists, photos, times and signatures are meant to work without a connection and sync automatically once you are back online. Today the site app needs a connection.
Where is our data stored?
In the cloud on servers in Germany — or, with on-premise, entirely with you.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes, with a data processing agreement. The interface is being built to the German accessibility law (BFSG); the external audit is in preparation.
Do we have to switch our email or calendar?
No. Existing mailboxes and calendars are connected; there is no lock-in to a provider.
Is the AI mandatory?
No, completely optional and can be switched off.
Can we switch or cancel?
The cloud is cancellable monthly; data export is included.

Trades and construction in general. There is a template package for PV and electrical.
How does the intro call work?
